“What stands out about this luxury hotel is its dedication to families, from the children's menus to the thoughtful touches in the rooms, like coloring books and teddy bears. The location places you steps away from Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street, yet the rooms remain quiet and serene. I was particularly impressed by the health club, which includes a dance studio alongside the more typical gym and pool.”

the underground station is conveniently close, basically a two-minute walk! switching to the underground after arriving is easy, so long walks or expensive cabs are not a concern. chenlyn costantino from guest relations was helpful. she arranged everything for my daughter's celebration with dedication and care!
one minor inconvenience, during breakfast, the milk dispenser was located far from the coffee machines. the distance required walking to the other end of the room, specifically about fifty feet.

The room was somewhat worn. i noticed paint was peeling in places, especially around the window frames. It gave the impression of neglect. the bathroom fixtures also showed signs of age. The showerhead had some limescale buildup. these details detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the price i paid for the stay,
