various choice good size easy attraction
the room has a good size. breakfast included various choices that suited most diets. the location made it easy to reach many attractions by walking.

convenient location easy switch dedicated manner
the underground station is conveniently close, basically a two-minute walk! switching to the underground after arriving is easy, so long walks or expensive cabs are not a concern. chenlyn costantino from guest relations was helpful. she arranged everything for my daughter's celebration with dedication and care!
one minor inconvenience, during breakfast, the milk dispenser was located far from the coffee machines. the distance required walking to the other end of the room, specifically about fifty feet.

the rooms were very cosy and well-kept. the room provided ample space for luggage and included a comfortable seating area for relaxation after a long day exploring the city. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and refreshed our amenities regularly.

peeling paint limescale buildup
The room looked somewhat worn. i noticed paint was peeling in places, especially around the window frames. It gave the impression of neglect. the bathroom fixtures also showed signs of age. The showerhead had some limescale buildup. these details detracted from the overall experience, especially considering the price i paid for the stay,

really good location updated equipment prompt staff
The location is really good. I found it easy to walk to many attractions from here. The gym had updated equipment (including several treadmills). Staff addressed any concerns promptly.
The room felt quite small, lacking space for luggage. I noticed some wear on the carpets. There was some noise from the hallway at times.

excellent location friendly staff massive pool
The hotel's location was excellent. I found staff members to be very friendly. Room 905 offered a fabulous view. I appreciated the massive pool as an added bonus. It was very quiet also. The pool was well-kept. I used the steam room as well and found it clean. I was satisfied with the gym equipment.
I found the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot

a decent stay
smooth check-in comfortable room broken lift weak shower
the check-in process was smooth. the rooms were comfortable with everything i needed. the piano bar was nice.
One of the lifts was broken. this made waiting times quite lengthy. the bathroom did not meet my expectations. The shower pressure was weak.
